Noobie needs help!

I've read LOTS of stuff on these forums about flashing this device but the more I read, the more confused I get! LOL

Here's what I've done so far...

Flashed the bootloader with titan_SPL_2.40-olipro.exe which seems to have worked. I get a red/blue/green screen showing that I have 2.40 on the device.

I then downloaded the PPCKitchen (BuildOS.msi) and ran the updater and selected the files for the Titan. Once downloaded, I selected an existing profile, selected Verizon and GPS (without selecting anything from the options on the right) and created the image. It flashed the phone but it won't get past the second image when loading (I selected Verizon for the first, the HTC for the second so I could at least see what screen I was locking up on).

Any ideas as to what I can do to get past this?

Thanks guys!

Pull the battery, put it back in then do a hard reset.
This comes up as soon as you are done flashing in the kitchen.

Also if you have problems with the kitchen post your problems in the kitchen thread. No need to start a new thread.

Titan WM6.1 No2Chem 5067 Kitchen

or here

Titan Kitchen CE OS 5.2.19209 (Build 19209.1.0.2) aka 5060

Re: Noobie needs help!

After taking out the battery and hard resetting, the first boot takes a while, sometimes about 2 min, so dont get antsy, just wait it out.

Re: Noobie needs help!

I forgot to mention I had removed the battery and hard reset the device after flashing. Taking this to the Kitchen thread, thanks.

That was my problem. I assumed the kitchen put down the radio too so I hadn't flashed one at all - hence the problem booting up! As soon as I put a radio rom on there I was in business!

The only thing I had to do was call Verizon to get a new A Key but now I have GPS and the works!

Thanks for your help guys!
