Re: storage card?

I'm not entirely sure, but I believe the firmware that the device initially shipped with did not (fully) support SDHC. If you got the phone off ebay, or from some other third party reseller, it is likely running an old ROM. Updating the ROM to the latest that your carrier has provided will likely fix the issue. You'll also get numerous other bug fixes and enhancements.

Re: storage card?

OR you can try to install the SDHC driver which was created specifically for this purpose .. link HERE - if you dont feel like flashing to a new rom just yet.

Good thinking. My answers seem to always involve flashing

Re: storage card?

I bought from verizon, not off ebay. I took it to them and they said 6800 only supports up to 4 gig they exchanged the card and seems to read the 4 gig fine.. Flashing rom...hmmm kinda scared lol i did that with my 6700 and loved seems a little too complicated for the 6800. I'm still noob when it comes to flashing lol..

Re: storage card?

Flashing the ROM is cake when it's an OEM rom and you haven't already messed around with the "other" roms.
