Re: Sticking with it???

I don't feel like reading this whole thread so I will just say my peace. if the hard keyboard is a must for you than stick with the mogul. if not...I seriously doubt you will regret the switch. I know I don't regret switching. AT ALL!

Re: Sticking with it???

touch typing doesn't appeal to me, only hardware buttons can keep up with me... of course my mom was a typing teacher. :b

Re: Sticking with it???

If you would like an opinion of someone who is a tech in a cellular store...stick with the mogule\titn\ it has several names. The ones with our company have a tendancy to not get calls or messages while it is sleep mode. i imagine they will come out with an update eventually but right now i dont really have too much faith in there reliability.

Re: Sticking with it???

well if everyone is sick of reading phone x vs phone y then why dont we compile a list of similar phones (6700 vs 6800) (6800 vs 6900 and raphael/dimond) (so on) and make it a site announcement where to find a comprehensive list of differences

Re: Sticking with it???

i originally got the touch and really did not like it. yeah its faster but the lack of actual keys really bugged me. it was smaller than the 6800, but that really isnt a big deal. i think i definitely chose the right phone with the 6800. i guess if you dont plan on typing out texts or emails a lot than consider the touch more, but i hated trying to type on the touch.

oh yeah, gps is now available on the 6800 and is awesome. just go to htc.com/us and get the new alltel 6800 rom then go here http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...=363437&page=3 and follow the directions exactly as theyre written. its easy.
