Bluetooth headset stopped Working

I tried to add Voice command to my mogul phone and it caused my bluetooth headset to stop working. before I tried to add Voice command I was able to tap my bluetooth headset and speak a voice tag to dial hands free. Since then I deleted Voice Command and want to get the original setting back so I can use the Voice tags through my bluethooth headset. can anyone help me?
