Set Windows Media Player associations back to the defaults?

I've loaded up CorePlayer and have now decided that I would like to set my file associations back to WMP. However, even when I uncheck the box in CorePlayer associations, some types, that I did use with WMP, do not return to WMP, they just say that no program exiists for this file type.

Is there any way to set the associations back to the WMP defaults and let me start over deciding which I want to go to each program?
