Smiley Emoticons in Text Messages?

Is there a way to add smileys and other animations to the text messaging on a titan running 5066? I've got smiley.cab but it only seems to work with incoming messages. Thanks

Sorry guys - forgot I asked this a few weeks ago. I registered at XDA so I could DL some new CABs. Hopefully I can get this to work correctly now. Thanks
