Re: Cricket Complete MMS/WAP Settings (change file send/rec size limit included)

ok nevermind I found the problem. I reinstalled the WM 6.1 Helmi rom and I selected Arcsoft MMS 5.0.31.11 version instead of the other one in the rom and I went in changed the settings and now everything works.

I havent ever seen the settings not work. I would go over them one more time to make sure that you have everything right. Let me know how it turns out.

i looked over my settings everything is correct like you posted i'm using 5.0.31.11 is that the problem everything is working EVDO sizelimit is 1000k its bugging me out because wm6 was no problem. A friend of mine cooked up a rom i dont know who rom it was used, but it an Alltel rom though help me fix this so I would know next time i hard reset phone or put another rom on it. He put a mms fix cab on my phone i did a hard rest and lost it he wont tell me where he got it thats why I said its a fix some where out there with out going through those steps you post see if you could find a fix. thanks a bunch for what i've learned from you i'm trying to learn on my on now so help me aight i really appreciated it.

Re: Cricket Complete MMS/WAP Settings (change file send/rec size limit included)

I was just playing around and increased the size limit by another 1024000 and it said 2000 k I was able to send a 2mb file which really shocked me and also I was able to receive messages from my email as well. I just put my phone number @sms.mycricket.com, before I purchased the ppc6700 I wasn't able to send messages to my email( that was when I had an actual cricket phone.) (Kyocera K132). And at that time I wasn't able to send messages to my email, now all of a sudden it says " Sent by a Cricket mobile device" I just thought that was kinda neat. Thanks a bunch Lime and to all of the PPCGEEKS that contribute to this forum for their knowledge and information to help us all out.

Are you sure you deleted the internet explorer string? That will not let you receive and send messages period! Ive had my incoming sitting at "0" trying to figure out what was going on, then I realized that I didn't delete my explorer string. I have the same MMS Composer Version 5.0.31.11

Re: Cricket Complete MMS/WAP Settings (change file send/rec size limit included)

First thanks go out to everyone that worked on this!!! This is awsome... I only need to know one thing. When I send a mp3 file over mms it won't let me save the file on my phone. Does anyone know the reg setting for that?
