My calendar has moved some of my appointments!!

Hi all - this issue is ridiculous.

I recently synced my XV6800 as usual and to my surprise saw that just a *few* of my all-day appointments had moved earlier by one full day on my desktop Outlook. Investigating on my PPC, I saw that many more if not all of my all-day appointments had been moved earlier. So - Activesync 4.5 says that everything's synced, but my PPC and my desktop will tell me appointments are on different days!!! I've hard-reset, checked and un-checked, even reinstalled Activesync 4.5 twice - I don't get it. Why would appointments be appearing on different days and AS not think twice?

Any help would be VASTLY appreciated!
