Sprint lost so many customers because of all the hassles. Imagine adding a third technology.
You're implying that Sprint/Nextel has gotten it together? lol I still have billing issues from time to time, an' this is without making any purchases or changes.

So imagine merging a 3rd billing system in addition to T-mobile's cellular systems.

Comparatively speaking they have gotten it together, emphasis on the Comparatively. A few months ago any time I went to activate a phone on their activation portal, so unaptly named "snap", it would crash and since it was crashing for everyone we would have to wait on hold forever to talk to someone to complete the transaction. Now at lease activations/upgrades go through quickly. As for the billing they are still screwed up.
