Activesync with new rom issues

Hey, has anyone else had the issue of activesync turning itself on for no aparent reason? I got my phone on me throughout the day and when I occasionaly when i check the task manager, the freekin active sync is running in the background! Never did this with the old rom...hmmm. not a big deal just something I've noticed. Anyone got a clue?

Remove poutlook from your \Windows\Startup folder, and it should stop loading itself. Of course, if you actually use ActiveSync, especially for Outlook email/calendar/tasks, you should leave it alone.
