My phone won't ring or vibrate

I recently upgraded my 6800 to the new 2.3.2 ROM, with the new radio version. I was really excited to have GSP!! =D> The phone was working great, except that I couldn't send or receive MMS. I found the solution to that problem with a sample CAB file, but now.....
When I have an incoming call, my phone won't ring, or vibrate. If I do a soft-reset, the sound works just fine, but as soon as someone tries to call, the phone mutes itself.
This problem just started this morning. I also have a friend that has the same problem.
Can anyone please help????
