Can't download attachments over 2mb with pocket outlook

Hey guys. Can anyone help me download attachment through pocket outlook. I keep getting the error "the file is too big".

I've googled and googled but can't find an answer. thanks!

It might be server restrictions on whatever email account you are using. A friend sent me a manbearpig clip and it was 5 megs and I downloaded it just fine through pocket outlook.

I'm using my hotmail account. I have no problem accessing the large files via my pc, just my mogul.

Its probably erroring out because of the time its taking to download the attachment; or more of a timing out situation. If you can connect with WiFi or just ActiveSync to PC so you are using its connection and try to download it, that would tell whether thats the case or not.

check programs/messaging then highlight outlook email and click menu at the bottom then select options. Here there is a drop down menu change to entire msg then check box for including attachments
