What am i doing wrong???

So the other night I was trying to load the official rom and of course I need to save my contacts via sync but I'm not able to do that. I seem to only sync my favorites. Well after i decided to forget that i tried to load it but it gives me an error reading. It tells me that the image doesn't work or something. I'm I doing something wrong or did I download a bad file???
