Help with bluetooth, end button, freezing

I have been having issues with the phone frezzing when I receive a call intermittently. Also, whenever I hit the end button, there is a shrill beep. I have taken the Mogul into Sprint and have had 2 replacments. They told me it was because I was running 3rd party software. I have a HTC home page, Yahoo 2 Go and On Demand loaded. I have done 3 hard resets but still get that loud shrill beep after about 1 week afterthe hard reset. Anybody have any ideas?
