ultimate launch and ultimate search help

how do I put the ultimate launch on the top half of my phone...I wanna spin the home screen clock ..I seen it in a video ...............2 I need to change the youtube address on the ultimate search to ytpocket.com ...if anyone can help please do...

to put UL on the top part of your screen, you just uncheck HTC home or whatever clock app you're using, and check UL. Then load HTC home inside UL.

Somewhere in settings, there's an option to set UL to a fixed height.. find that and play with it till it's the height you want.
