Mogul on Pageplus service need OTA help

I have activated my sprint mogul on pageplus mobile which runs under Verizon Wireless.

I have update it to a verizon PRL file from
http://corolada.com/prl/

Now when I dial *228 or *22890 for verizon's ota update it always fails
but I am getting roaming bar when I do this even with a Verizon PRL so if anyone knows of a fix of this, it would be appreicated

The Mogul's ESN has already been activated with a phone number, all I need is to OTA program it, but it fails
a verizon PRL of 50766 is currently installed, but i get the roaming icon all the time

I dont know
but how the verizon OTA works, since the MSL code for verizon is all 000000 the mogul isnt set with the 000000 yet

So if anyone knew how to change that, might solve the problem since the OTA cant change the settings
