Quick Question

I have that white spot on the bottom left hand corner of the screen that everyone keeps talking about but no insurance, if i take the phone to sprint and that the tech repair ppl look at it will i still be able to get a new phone or what will happen? Thanks in advance,

How old is the phone? If you don't have insurance, but it's still under manufacturer warranty, you get whatever the manufacturers warranty allows. WITH insurance, your phone is typically swapped out in the store. At least that's my experience. You can always add ins before you take it in, if you're worried about being without a phone for an extended period of time.

The phones about 3 months old, i thought the manufacturer warranty was a year but im not sure. How much is the insurance, i got the sero plan and i didnt see the option to get insurance when i signed up for my plan

you cant get the insurance now.. it's only an option up to 2 weeks after inital purchase.
