--might need to check your bluetooth system and sharing preferences - corrected my inability to transfer from phone to iMac.

Also, for transferring from my iMac to the Mogul, this program seemed to help me, though I'm not sure it's necessary:

I don't have MissingSync installed, though I do have the free version of SyncMate, but I don't believe either program is required for basic BT file transfer.
