Sprint Navigation after 8pm down?

OK so at first I thought that it was the POS moto q9 I was using .. then I thought.. OK Bad weather - no clear shot to the sky..

well now i believe that it is out of sat coverage / no gps at night..

wtf.. after 8pm est I can NOT get any GPS navigation to work on my mogul.. is the gps that flipping weak that it cant find any other gps sats??

I mean do all the garmins on the east coast go down after 8pm est?

what is the malfunction here..

This sucks.. I went on a late night trip the other day and was like OK.. cant read a map and drive - lets gps.. turned it on about 7pm - gave me the gist of where I was going - turned it off to save battery life.. turn the **** back on after the first 90 miles thinking ok - here we come.. and plop - NO SIGNAL. NO GPS.. cant find sat.. bla bla bla..

again.. THIS SUCKS.. any suggestions other then dumping a few hundred into a garmin style gps?
