My Mogul is One Tough S.O.B.

I actually had my phone in my shirt pocket (first mistake) and dropped it onto tile floor, right on the corner in the oppisite way the phone is supposed to slide. the screen went immediatly dark, and I pushed the power button to no avail. I was at work, and the sprint store didnt open for another hour, and I was on day 32 of my new sprint contract. after about a half an hour of quiet swearing and mashing the power button I got a funny idea in my head. A hit on one side of the phone stopped it from working, so maybe a hit on the other side would fix it. so I gave it a good smack on the opposite side and low and behold it turned on and functions just fine, although the phone doesn't line up as nicely when closed. its been about a month and a half now with no real issues.

Well I have to report, with great sadness, that my Mogul is no more. The Green Send Button stopped working and it was obviously a hardware failure. Then I started dropping more calls in places that I never used to drop calls. And that was it for me. I knew that that fateful moment of high speed phone crash had taken it's toll on my poor Titan; it just took awhile for the symptoms to surface.

I called Sprint and had them do a warranty exchange due to hardware failure and got my new phone last Thursday. And I have to be honest... I opted to go back to my Vogue (Touch). I missed all my free memory as well as the small, sleek design. And it is only for a couple of months because I will be getting the Touch Pro when it comes out at the end of the year.

Now I just hope that I don't have to see what will happen to this phone at 45 MPH...
