IR Not Usable ?????

every program i try to use such as remote control programs it tells me iIR not accesable y is that when our phones have IR Any help please

My IR works fine, just make sure you are pointing the bottom of the phone to your other device (since thats where the IR window is)

Yea but all remote programs i use say there is no IR in the Device or jus crash in the intent of using it

remote control programs will not work with the mogul yet because there are chipset issues. you can still use IR to beam contacts/files from device to device, but not for use as a universal remote.
