my usb port on the bottom of my mogul is broken and my mogul is stuck in the boot loader any idea of how i can fix this....if possible

You Can Do It Via Micro Sd Card...there Is Instructions For This In The Titan Upgrade Section

You can also manually enter bootloader mode by pressing the power and camera buttons at the same time as a soft reset. It has saved my a couple of times. From there you can flash from your SD Card which is, at least in my experience safer.
