so its not a software issue, because everithing else works including the porwer hard button,
i bought mine on ebay so there is no warranty from sprint any one knows where i can send it to be fixed at a cost thank you again |

IMHO you should always get the insurance. $4-$7 a month is well worth it, so make sure you get insurance then the price should not really matter ($50 deductible). My talk button stopped working and they replaced it the same day. I think it depends on the store and if they have the phone in stock. My guess is no more than 3 days, but it's only a guess.

No offense, but the person who sold it on ebay probably knew of this and did a temporary fix. Or maybe took the phone apart.
But on a different side it could all just be hardware gone bad, in either case I would get insurance if it hasn't been 30 days since you activated. and use the touch screen to operate the phone long enough until insurance kicks in to get it replaced. |
