HELP!!! n00b to cell phones and having a major issue with my Mogul

I just tried to put the rev-a update on my sprint mogul and during the ROM update i got this error message....ERROR [328]: INVALID COMMAND

i downloaded the rom right from HTC and now my phone wont leave the 3 color screen....what do i do?!?!?!? i tried searching for this error message and didnt see anything and i also read the read me file and it said nothing about this error message....please help me out!!! i have AIM please feel free to im me my screen name is mrfatride
