"Problem with Bluetooth hardware."

A search for this seemed to come up empty hence the new thread.

So a few weeks after the new ROM...

(No Sprint Customizations, Nothing else added either)

and neither of my once-working-perfectly Bluetooth headsets will now pair (Plantronics Voyager 520 & Motorola H700.) It displays the message "Problem with Bluetooth hardware." Seems a bit of a coincidence that both headsets are having hardware issues at the same time.

I've soft reset many times and pulled the battery once thus far, but no hard reset.

Can anyone offer some advice?

Thanks,

Sketch

Re: "Problem with Bluetooth hardware."

I've had the same issue with my i760.

I called Verizon and they had to send me out a new phone.

Well that wouldn't be the end of the world, I guess.

First time for everything!

Yeah I haven't been able to find much here or on Google so I guess I'm just lucky.

I was hoping not to wipe everything, but I gave up and did a couple of consecutive hard resets, just to be sure. That seems to have solved it... at least for now.

If it does it again, I'll take it back to the Sprint Store. It's nice to have the protection plan and the store so close.

O.K. Now back to reloading all my settings and voice tags. Woohoo.
