Re: Seidio rubberized case and holster

I just had the same problem with the retaining clips breaking on the top portion of the cover. I emailed sedio about this and they sent me a RMA # so I can return the case and get a new one. Pretty quick I might add. I did notice that the rubber tends to wear off quite quickly though. Hopefully I will have better luck with the next one.

Thanks,
Thanks, Just sent it off. I would suggest applying the felt material to the entire surface inside the holster. That would prevent the wear on the case.

Does this item have any type of screen protection?

No but they also sell them. They are like 11 bucks a piece but well worth it. They are washable and reusable. Also I have to add that they are thick. Not cheap. I have been using the same one from over a year. It started on my 6700 now its on my 6800. I would recommend them highly. If I have a phone thats worth so much money why be cheap about protecting your investment? I stand by Seidio products and don't use anything else.
Just my 2 cents.

Re: Seidio rubberized case and holster

Just wanted to add my praise for the seidio products. I bought the rubberized holster back in june 2007, and it was worth every penny. The belt clip did end up breaking though. Still, a great product from a great company. dschoenike

Re: Seidio rubberized case and holster

I bought the seidio rubberized case before it had the holster But seidio gave me a discount on the holster, made this customer happy, even though I ended up spending more in total than the combo pack....good customer service

Re: Seidio rubberized case and holster

Im currently using the generic knock off sold all over the internet for $13 and got mine for $6 shipped from eBay haven't dropped the phone "yet" but the case fits very snug and solid construction ive pulled it off a couple times and no problems with clips breaking off and thats after fighting with it because it hold on so tight i couldn't be happier with the case for what i paid all buttons are still easy to access and not clicking or binding when using the keyboard.. No offense to Seidio but i couldn't bring myself to paying $30 for a case with reading all the clip horror stories..

What else i know is that Seidio probably has the best customer support ive seen i have seen there reps posting on several boards offering to replace there faulty\worn cases even out of the warranty period now if we could just get reps like that at Sprint..

Re: Seidio rubberized case and holster

I just got my case today from sedio in blue its great and cut perfact to the phone. I owned a cheaper case from a different company and it broke by the clips and it was alot thicker than this one. Even though it's thinnner it feels pretty strong and it provides a better grip on the phone. Great case iIrecommened to any one who is looking for a good case.
