I've never had to change mine.... on all of my 6700's (I had like 6) and both of my moguls it switched the default on it's own after the first couple syncs...

Re: 425 area code

Is there any way to change the default phone number format? I don't really care for the (nnn) nnn-nnnn. I like to replace the "(", ")", and "-" with "." as in nnn.nnn.nnnn

Thanks.

how would it know what the user would prefer as the default area code? could it just be replacing the 425 with whatever you had in a backup?

Thanks for the regedit - I have PocketCM and couldn't make changes through a non-existent menu screen!
