Gps On Mogul Not Working!!!

I just got a replacement Mogul from Sprint and i noticed it has the new rom with navigation and it works with the sprint telenav which is a trial that has expired and i was trying to make google maps works but it says there is no GPS installed on my phone for some reason none of the programs i put on the phone are seeing the GPS if anyone has any information please help thanks

Might want to check and make sure External GPS setting is correct.

Start->Settings->System->External GPS

make sure it is set to

Program port => COM4
Hardware port => none
Baud Rate => 4800
Access (Manage GPS automatically) is CHECKED.

thanks i think thats what the problem was but another question does bluetooh have anything to do with GPS because everytime i use GPS i notice the blue light blinking and when i check bluetooh is on weird
