I have used this one with new rom, but only will work with linux (I have Ubuntu Gutsy Gibbon)
But have not been able to get it to work with windows. there is discussion at xda about this as well. Hope we get a fix soon. I miss this app.

WM5torage is the same story (but better if it worked because it is free)
