two diff. backgrounds

Hey you guys I happen to have another question if you guys can help me out. I saw this one guy who had a certain background when the phone was standard then when the phone was turned to landscaping it had a different one. is this something I can do on the phone or is it a "tweak"

It is the today theme that he is using. The theme has one background image set for the portait screen and a different one for the landscape screen. You can do the same thing with a free theme generator called ThemeGenCE.

I checked it out and downloaded it but it tells me it not for mobil pc

That's right, it is designed to run on a Windows PC. You generate the theme through the program on your PC then transfer it to the PPC.
