Full Circle
Time to say, "Adios." After having my Mogul crash again today, I now own a Sprint Q9c. I started my smartphone experience with a Sierra Wireless VoQ running WM2003. When I got my own account, I went through numerous devices: VZW Q (poor battery life); Cingular Blackjack and 2-8525s (GSM had difficulty keeping internet connections while in the house), then settled on Sprint 6700, with my last ones running Kirvin's 3.5. Such stability and usefuleness.
However, when the old guy finally died, I received a replacememt Mogul. Nice device, with better battery life, but then, the dreaded 3.35 update. I have never been satisfied with it; from my experience, battery life got reduces, internet connections would freeze up, and I need a useful car connector. I was offered a Touch, but it has been reported to have een less battery life. I received another Mogul, and it froze up on me twice today. I am fortunate to have a great store to work with (#1460, Tysons Corner, Virginia), and I walked out today wiith a simpler Q9c and back to not having a touchscreen. FInally, no more pulling out the little stylus to change things. Thanks to Wideawake, Courtney, and all the Geekers for making this a fun and fantastic 18 months; Im off to qusers now.
