IE button broke off

I keep it in the case and haven't dropped it, but I pressed the IE button on the top and it just broke off. It's a one peice button with the mail button but it broke in half.

Will Spring fix this, it makes this great phone look twashy.

Re: IE button broke off

If you have the insurance, it is covered. $50 deductible. I doubt it would be covered under warranty though. If you don't have insurance, you can probably get it and wait for it to "take effect".

Re: IE button broke off

they took my phone wit missing buttons on the keypad... and a messed up comm manager button... so they most likely will if you walk in and act like you are devistated at the loss of your button

Like lysolflow said (funny name!), just act pretty upset about it, and politely ask them if they could replace it. They have replaced my phone for less of a reason.
