If only one Phone is ON at any time I dont think they will Trace you.
And Yes Both phone and Service is owned by you so it will not be a Problem at all |

They do actually. Get on the ensamble billing system and the website will allow you to "update" your phone to another esn. This esn cloning should be a last resort. It really is more complicated that most people think.

That's correct, they reset your new phone date, but that's irrelevant, if you call retentions and they see your contract is nearing expiration regardless they can offer you the discount. So ignore that. I personally would rather always pay full price and be able to jump carriers at will.

It would be billed as a non-pda. I did this with Verizon on my old Treo 650. I changed it to a v710 and was able to be billed at MOU minutes The v710 was an entire brick so I didn't have to worry about them both turning on.
