Anybody know why

I cannot get my 6800 to connect to my TOM TOM ONE XL. The 2 can see each other but when you go to pair them up the GPS unit says "Cannot find settings.

Thanks in advance

Re: Anybody know why

I do not think that TomTom devices know how to work with WM6 and from what I've read, there aren't any plans on fixing it.

I have a One XL too and wish it would work, but I went ahead and got TomTom mobile and it is basically the exact same thing except data works.

Re: Anybody know why

I was able to get my Mogul to pair with my 720 using a bluetooth cab file. I am currently using one of VetVito's ROMs. Everything works, e.g. traffic, weather, calls etc. except for the messaging part. For some reason the DTMF thing doesn't seem to work. Anyway I didn't create this cab, I just found it, so credit goes to the guy who did (I really don't know where I got it) hope this helps you guys out.

I got these settings off of another site and they worked for me however, I have not tried to use the data connections with the TomTom since they updated to the new billing procedures. Anyways, here they are, good luck.
