Deleted Bluetooth Address and Mode...Help?

Yea, oops. Accidentally removed the Bluetooth LED from my list after installing neuLED. Anyone have the address and mode for this LED?

Anyone who has already installed the neuLED can just open the software and drop me a message with the address and the mode...Thanks in advance?
