That app probably changed the registry key for allledmgr. Do a google search for Flashing LED allledmgr and you should find it. Change it back to default, soft reset and you should be good.

This did not change my registry setting. I also lost the vibrate as with the registry change but mine is still set at 1 and I cannot get my Vibes back. I will have to hard reset. I played and I lost more than I wanted to.

It might have done something to the registry setting for nleddrvr.dll which would cause similar symptoms.
