Anyone have any info on QChat

The local sales lady says it is coming out in our area (Upstate NY) on April 20th but I have not been able to find any info on it, what phones it works with nothing. Since I usually find out on here and tell her I thought I would see what everyone else has heard. For those who don't know QChat is Sprints version of PTT. I know some people hate PTT but it in the Public Safety field it is great when you have something going on. So any info that anyone has heard is appreciated.
