email text shows as an unviewable attachment

This doesn't happen on all email. However, on meeting requests sent from Outlook, the text portion of the message shows up as an attachment labeled ATxxxx and when I tap on the attachment, I get a message box saying that there is no program associated with it. This also happens to some messages I receive on a mailing list that I am subscribed to. In the case of the mailing list, the tag line added to each message in the list appears as text, but the message that was sent is listed as an attachment, ATxxxx, and I am unable to open it too.

Is there a setting in the Mogul's email that I have missed, or one in the senders email that can correct this??
