Problems with HTC Home Customizer

So i updated to the new rom on today, and it works fine... SO FAR... BUT!! I installed the home customizer on my phone but then it says that I must download the htc home plugin, I already had this though so i tried to load it, and it didnt work!! I tried to download it again, and again, and again, still nothing! Any help??

are you able to download the file or is it cancelling?

if you aren't able to download the file, it might be because you are using the older version of the software that is calling to a file no longer on the server. if that's the case, download the newest version of the HTC customizer and it will automatically download the most up to date Home plugin.

I had the same issue; make sure you disconnect your phone from the PC, mine won't access the internet when it is plugged in via USB, probably some ActiveSync setting I guess.
