Question about OZIExplorer

Hi, i have OZIExplorer and it's *.ozi format maps.
But OZIExplorer is not so good as other ones, so can i convert OZIExplorer's *.ozi format to TomTom ,Google Maps or Navigon's map format?

(You can ask why i need to convert if i can download from web, but country that I'm living at is not in list of Popular navigator programs.Only OZIExplorer have one)
