Need help extracting ultimate file???

Hi guys noobie here wanted to load the ultimate file but did not know the proper steps on extracting the file and then running it properly on my mogul....I did see the video demonstration on youtube which is awesome but he doesnt explain easiest where does the file go after u download the link and after u unzipp what other steps need to be taken for the file to run on the phone......thanks guys and sorry for the noobie post......

Well I figured that out....................Now I followed all the steps that were shown for settings and 2 things happened the last step where u hit the refresh button that supposed to take u to another tap for activation didnt work? It stayed at refresh and didnt proceed to the act tab I exited out and saw some difference on my today screen but nothing like the demo.....I also soft reset and uninstalled a few times and still the same?...

there are two different versions out there that i have seen. depending which one you have u should be able to install it very easy. one version you install it from your pc while ur phone is connected to usb. the other you transfer the file and install. i transferred it to my sd card then when it asked where i wanted it saved i saved to my device. hope this helps.

Thanks polo I downloaded the english version of the file..when prompted to save I saved it under my device instead of the sd card......... since I was reading that saving under the sd causes problems? I followed the famous youtube video step by step when I finished loading it the only difference I saw was a few icons were different at the bottom of the screen...but nothing like the video....I believe there are other files that I also need to use inconjunction with the ultimate installer for it to look killer and work properly???
