Strange Bluetooth Problem. Please help if u can

When I answer my phone using my bluetooth headset the ringtone will continue to play on the phone for about 5 seconds before the call actually connects. It's like its taking a extra 5 seconds to acknowledge that I answered the phone. Does anyone know what this could be?

with me it's about 1-2 sec only but I think it's the BT issue, so hopefully it will be resolved by tomorrow

I sure hope so. It's funny because i've had this same headset for about a month with no problems, then all of a sudden it started.
