help, voice command button is stuck

My voicecommand button is stuck, it won't come out and it is just stuck IN the unit.

any suggestions?

I haven't dropped it or anything else, just it's stuck.

I don't think it's activating my voice command or else that would be popping up, it's just stuck inside the unit.

mine did the same thing; took it to sprint store, tech had it fixed in about 5 minutes. i had tried jewelers screwdrivers to try to pry it back out...scratched it up a bit, but guess they opened it up to fix it. been working fine ever since.

I dropped mine and it did the same thing. I just pried it out a little and have had no problems since.

Same problem, but I scratched mine up a LOT.

Fortunately I had insurance, so they swapped it for a like-new refurb.

They also said they couldn't fix the button since they had no replacement parts and it was designed/manufactured in such a way as to be almost impossible to fix anyhow.
