Re: 6800 dead? HELP please!

Well thankfully I have insurance on it, so if it happens again, I will be marching my little booty up there and demanding a new one. But, it seems to be working fine now, I've pretty much put everything back on there, but it was weird. I was so frustrated for about 30 minutes... Hate that feeling. O well. Thanks again.

You know it might not be a bad idea to make them swap it out anyway. Especially if you are still in your 30 day period. If its done it once chances are it will do it again. Plus if its in the 30 period you dont even need to go to a repair center store you can just go to what ever one is closest and make them exchange it.

Re: 6800 dead? HELP please!

This same thing happened to my dad's mogul. He turned it off in the middle of the day to go into a meeting, came out, turned it on.. nothing. Took out the battery for 10 minutes, plugged it back in, came up hard reset. It happened a few weeks after he got it back in June and hasnt happened since.

Re: 6800 dead? HELP please!

the same thing happened to both my touch and my mogul. went into the sprint store and they replaced both of them. they couldn't tell me what was wrong either, but they couldn't deny the fact that it was broken. if you are within your 30 i would have them go ahead and exchange it now for a new one. if not then you might be forced to take a refurbished one.
