Touch Keyboard Offsetting Hard Keyboard

Good Morning All, Have A Issue With My Keyboard. I Reinstalled The Touch Keyboard To My 6800. Now When I Try To Type With The Hard Keyboard I Only Get Figures And #s Won't Type Straight Through, Have To Scrool Through All The Letters To Get A Number. When I Had The Old Touch On It Work Fine Till I Did A Hard Reset And Reinstalled, Can Someone Assist Me With This, All Help Is Appreciated.
