HELP! "Contacts" no Longer works

After installing the LED Killer

a few months ago and then uninstalling it... my contacts button (bottom-right hand corner) is no longer working. It gives me an error message when I press the button and It is no longer available.
ANyone KNow how to fix this? I have the registry editor.... just dont know where to make the changes.

The only way I can get to my contact list is to hit the phone button and then hit contacts thru this application.

Oh this is a Mogul ppc-6800 by the way, sorry I forgot.
