I got a replacement with no problems a while ago when I called no problem, under warranty.
Getting my rebates was fun though. The ultimatum worked pretty well "Either credit my account $300 right now or I am canceling." They then said I only technically qualified for $225, but they were giving me $300 for my hassle. |

I found this link on the Sprint site, I got all the way through my ESN and it told me that there wasn't enough inventory to fulfill my request.

thanks for the new link. i searched everywhere and could not find it.
I used it last time and it worked great ended up using ecare and they are sending me to the repair center. they must be running low on moguls... |

Tried to exchange mine today. They kept sending me to the HTC, where it's gonna take like 3 weeks or so to get it fixed (not even a replacement!). Sprint refused to fix/echange it at their facility asking for $120 (whaaat??). The Retention dept thing didn't work. They told me it's no problem to close my acc, and that they're gonna add $800 to my monthly bill. Those people are fn insane.
