GPS and Email Not Working..Help Please.

So I flashed my phone (Sprint Mogul) last night and it worked fine. I just followed the steps from this site: http://www.phonenews.com/how-to-add-...00-titan-2663/ ...when my phone starts up its says "Mobile 6.1" I checked everything on it...everything is working fine as far as the phone goes but My GPS is still not working..I dont know why..I use google maps and when I click on "My Location" it says that "my handset his doesnt seem to be compatible with My location (beta) feature"..I notice that when I click on "use GPS" the screen changes and there the little dot blinking but there no background to it..and it jus keep searching..I also have "Live search" and it doesnt work on there either..what did I do wrong and how can I fix it? I followed the steps to config the GPS on another post and that doesnt work..Also I cant access my email when I click on the icon nothing happens...I think can recall some one having a similiar issue with that email part but dont remember when I saw the post. I believe there was a cab file to fix it. Can someone help me with that please? My rom is from DCD's 2.1...I got everything from the link above so it should be good...right??
Another this is that when my phone starts it says the "R" is: 3.27.00...and the "D" is: 3.16..I saw some pictures from another post that said the same thing and their GPS was working good...when I check my "Device Info" it says my ROM version is "dcd 2.1.0" does that mean it the 3.16 version still? and my radio is like I said before 3.27.00...Can Some one please help me with this issue..Thanks..sorry to ask for so much...Its really not a lot..just a lot to say.
