There is a way to do it(as of last season) but it requires that you start the stream on your PC first and then enter the link into your PPC broswer within a few minutes. And getting the link is tricky. You need to right click on a very specific area of the mlb tv browser on the PC for the link to show properly (sounds crazy but it's true...I did it myself). Alternatively, I believe there is a tool for firefox that will show the link more easily. In fact, I recall reading that somebody had an automated firefox solution that would respond to an email and automatically start the stream, get the link, and send it back so you could start it on the PPC. I could probably dig this stuff up if anyone is interested.
