Why one might sell their Mogul for a "normal" phone.

I am also thinking of ditching my Mogul and going with the phone that works and a separate pda, such as Ipaq 211. VGA and 624 Mhz Marvell CPU, dual slots are all very applealing features. Not to mentone 2200 battery. As I am not using EVDO that much, I am thinking of BT tethering the IPAQ with a Sprint phone. Can anyone recommend the best EVDO Sprint phone for bt tethering? Thank you.

Ever since my plunge from clam & banana styled multimedia phones into the world of data & voice capable devices, I have never looked back and have continued forth with much enthusiasm and defeat. But my 6800 has become an integral part of my world and considering the resources at it's disposal, there is no equal.

Like building a race car, many enhancing options work great but might not play well with other parts and it takes trial & error combinations to find the ideal balance of work, networking & pleasure applications that your device will deliver consistently together. Even I have had to sacrifice apps (like SPB Pocket Plus Today Plugin) in order to get my device to function in harmony with the other 22 apps installed.

It is a small price.

It may even be a healthy choice to re-implement yourself into a common voice device for it will allow you to refresh your thoughts and ideas on PDA devices. Afterall the technology is moving fast and new ideas, innovation as well as resolutions to current issues are discovered every day. maybe with this in mind some day when you return you will have a newfound resolve for data devices...
